Transparent Pricing

There’s nothing more we hate than a website that doesn’t provide information about pricing, especially when it comes to investments like health. We believe in transparency, so you know exactly what to expect and can determine if we’re the right fit for you.

Since we are out of network with insurance, we can structure things how we choose (and offer discounts- yay!) which means our plans are flexible & more affordable since you don’t have to worry about deductibles, insurance restrictions, or all the red tape.

Once you’ve gone through our new patient process, we offer two tiers of care (please scroll down for more specific details):

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unfortunately, insurance companies restrict our ability to provide truly patient-centered care by dictating specific rules and limitations. Due to this reason, we are a direct pay, cash-based office and our patients pay at the time of service or pre-pay for a recommended care plan.

We do accept HSA and FSA cards.

Note: We do not provide superbills, work with Medicare, or take personal injury cases.

  • For the majority of patients who initially come to our office, they are seeking a solution to resolve current health conditions which are interfering with their lives. In this case, they will be recommended an individualized care plan. The care plan will clearly outline total cost, frequency of care, and total number of visits and discussed with you at the start of care so that we are all on the same page. Once a care plan is completed, many choose to continue receiving the benefits of chiropractic care through a Wellness membership.

For many already healthy families who are adopting a holistic lifestyle, they wish to include chiropractic as part of their health routine for preventative purposes. If no other health conditions or immediate concerns are present, a wellness membership will most likely be recommended.

  • Severity of symptoms, lifestyle habits, stressors (physical, chemical, and emotional), health history, and results of nervous system scans done during the initial new patient consultation all play a role in determining if you have a mild, moderate, or severe case.

Although care recommendations are highly individualized, you can except that most general infant symptoms tend to be considered “mild.” Anxiety, behavior issues in school aged children, hormone dysregulation, and pain tend to be considered “moderate.” Neurodevelopmental challenges like autism, cerebral palsy, and down’s syndrome are considered “severe.”

  • As long as you’ve gone through our new patient process and are an active patient (meaning you’ve been here within the last 6 months), you are free to pay our drop-in rate of $68. However, in order to best support you and resolve your health symptoms, it is ideal to come on a regular basis. To make this financially feasible, we offer discounts and wellness memberships which are significantly reduced in comparison to our regular fee.

If you’re looking for a quick fix, our office is probably not going to be the right fit for you.
